The apartment is on a higher floor with magnificent views over the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains. The foreground views go over the boasting and lush tropical gardens and over the designed the pool areas.
This beach apartment has direct access from living room to the terrace. The terrace is covered, which means that there is a sun terrace on the whole during the winter months and that a large part of the terrace enjoys the shade during the hot summer months.
There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one en suite). The kitchen is fully installed and equipped and has a spacious utility room. There is garage in the basement.
